As a Community Content Administrator, you will be responsible for working with our online community to ensure it everyone enjoys a fun and safe environment where users can freely express themselves. Much of your time will be spent reviewing user-posted content on Truth Social verifying it adheres to established community guidelines. You will also work directly with users to help troubleshoot issues and provide customer service.

This role requires a strong moral character with an understanding specific to U.S. cultural norms and sensitivities. This position will be full-time and based in Sarasota, Florida.

What you will do:

  • Ensure user compliance with established community guidelines in order to maintain a fun and safe environment on Truth Social.
  • Work through invasive and/or disruptive content.
  • Review and respond to trust and safety-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit other Community Content Administrator’s work for accuracy
  • Perform other related duties and assignments

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about social media communities, behaviors, and best practices
  • Knowledgeable about current issues and eager to independently stay updated
  • Experience with investigating and reviewing digital content
  • Passionate and ambitious to grow with the platform
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills
    • Technically savvy and able to quickly adapt to backend systems

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with social media user-generated spam and abuse moderation
    • Experience developing SOPs, guidelines, and/or training materials.
      • BA/BS Preferred

      Other Information: 

      • In-office position required.
      • The position may require scheduled work outside of normal business hours.
      • Ideally able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
      • No Visa program currently.
